DAR-IFAD Project ConVERGE – Provincial Project Management Office of Camiguin held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the NAGPAKABANA Multi-Purpose Cooperative Abaca Fiber Warehouse last November 13, 2020.
The said activity was led by LGU Catarman Mayor Kiterio Antonio Palarca II at NMPC ground, Mainit, Camiguin. The construction subproject was made possible through the efforts of DAR-IFAD Project ConVERGE, LGU Catarman and other stakeholders.
