Dela Torre conducted a Special Assembly of Southern Agusan Seed Producers Cooperative (SASEPCO), the lead organization for the Project ConVERGE assisted Rice Enterprise. The activity aims for the ratification of the Rice VC Enterprise Policies, Systems & Procedures (PSP) before the Business Operations Manual of the cooperative will be finalized and packaged.
