Various Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBOs) of Project ConVERGE in the Salug Valley ARC Cluster of Zamboanga del Sur participated in a 2-day audit/dialogue conducted by Department of Trade (DTI) and Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) last March 4 & 5, 2020 in Pagadian, Zamboanga del Sur.
Project ConVERGE Zamboanga del Sur’s CARPO, Engr. Josephine G. Sisican and Mr. Bryan Lorenz L. Sudario from DTI Central Office led the team as they visited various participating ARBOs for the event.
These ARBOs were evaluated in terms of their marketing and entrepreneurship skills, membership, and their financial performance. This evaluation was a primary start of the project before pursuing the first year of enhanced skills trainings to those ARBOs who have ITeMA ratings of 3 and above.
