Empowering to Emerge How the Mentoring Approach Improved the Cadahondahonan Abaca Farming Community
A Case Study presented during the Knowledge Learning Market and Policy Engagement (KLMPE) 2021. This highlights the success story of the farmers of Cadahondahonan Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Cooperative, a small ARBO under the Agusan del Norte Abaca cluster, which received optimum support and suitably practiced the coaching and mentoring approach with SIUFMULCO, the cluster’s lead ARBO. Following the said approach and with the guidance and support given by Project ConVERGE, CARBC is now recognized as an emerging Abaca consolidator with a consistent significant increase in volume consolidated and income along with improved management strategies
